CALL FOR PROPOSALS!!  

Sacred Circle is beginning the planning for next year’s training calendar and we want to hear from you! This next year we are planning to present workshops and educational information that focus on sexual violence in the lives of Native women as well as the impact of domestic violence on children in our Native communities and offenders’ education .  Although these are not new areas in the domestic violence field, they are receiving more emphasis in the coming year. Please take a few minutes to submit a short description of the training(s) your program or organization needs or would like to see available and any specialized areas that you feel need attention for the support and growth of your communities’ response to domestic violence against Native women.

When submitted the information will go into a database and be complied by similarity.  The Training Event Coordinator will receive an e-mail along with your contact information so that if questions around the entry arise we can contact the submitter to give more information. The proposal will then be added to the training event possibilities for next year’s calendar of events.

We ask that all submissions be entered by August 15TH 2010.
