50 advocacy groups defend tribal court jurisdiction in Supreme Court caseBy Jacqueline Agtuca On March 19, Sacred Circle and 49 other organizations filed an amicus curiae brief in the Plains Commerce Bank v. Long Family Land & Cattle Co.
